Back in Florida

We have a small list of goals for this trip(I’ll consider posting a heavily edited copy) and we just checked off one of the biggest – field passes. Jacksonville Jaguars hooked us up and let us wander around before the game. Just being down there is an incredible experience. Watching the national anthem, flyover and even kickoff from field has thoroughly spoiled me. Sitting in the first row now seems so far away.
The game itself was not as exciting; The Jags just didn’t have a chance. When they had were in position to at least lessen the loss, Nate Hughes let a pass bounce off his facemask. What’s worse is that was right after he missed another touchdown worthy pass. It was tough sitting with Jacksonville fans. On one hand they want to stay and support their team, but watching it is painful for them. I definitely didn’t rub it in that I had both Kurt Warner and Larry Fitzgerald on my fantasy team. Considering the Florida heat and humidity, I’m impressed with their dedication.
As for RV life, we’re looking pretty good these days. I can happily report that no one was injured with our rigged propane hose for the grill. Why that was so difficult I will never know. Next up – figuring out how to raise more money per game.
